摘 要:在“新工科”教育理念下,对工程训练传统模块面临问题与挑战进行了深入剖析。明确了立德树人贯穿实践教学全过程的核心理念,确立了“知识+能力+价值”三位一体的课程目标,构建了“分层次、沉浸式、全周期”的课程体系,实施了线上线下融合的创新实践模式,建立了多元化的考核评价体系。有效提升了学生的工程创新能力、工程实践能力、工种交叉融合能力及团队协作意识,推动了工程训练课程在新工科建设中的深入发展。Guided by the educational philosophy of“emergent engineering education”,we have conducted an in-depth analysis on the problems and challenges faced by traditional modules in engineering training.We have further clarified the core concept of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents throughout the entire process of practical teaching,and established the curriculum goal of“knowledge+ability+value”.Moreover,we have constructed a“hierarchical,immersive,and full cycle”curriculum system,implemented an innovative practice model integrating online and offline,and developed a diversified assessment and evaluation system.These reform practices have proved to have effectively enhanced students’engineering innovation ability,engineering practice ability,inter-disciplinary integration ability,and team collaboration awareness as well as promote the sustainable development of engineering training courses.
