摘  要:生态优化与机制创新,不仅是提升就业工作质量的内在需要,更是“就业育人”价值得到充分释放的关键。浙江大学根据教育部提出的“四链融合”理念,构建了教育链、人才链、就业链、产业链高效协同,各个环节和各类要素集聚融通的就业育人生态,在教育、科技、人才三位一体的统筹安排中推进高校、产业和市场联动,使就业成为赋能产业转型升级的重要力量,为中国式现代化建设提供强大的支撑动力。Ecological optimization and mechanism innovation are not only inherent needs for improving the quality of employment work,but also the key to fully unleashing the value of"employment education".According to the concept of"four chains integration"put forward by the Ministry of Education,Zhejiang University has built an employment and education ecology with efficient collaboration of education chain,talent chain,employment chain and industry chain,and the integration of all links and various elements.It has promoted the linkage of universities,industries and markets in the overall arrangement of education,science and technology and talents,making employment an important force for the transformation and upgrading of enabling industries,and providing a strong support for the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
