档案数据治理的多元参与引导模式探讨——以高校学生档案资源建设为实例

摘　　要：学生是学校的主体,学生档案的完整性决定了学校文化传承的丰富性。目前大多数高校学生档案管理存在政策不到位、体制不够健全、学生不重视、信息化程度不能满足需求等共性问题。依据“面向专职档案管理人员的现状调查”和“面向学生的归档意愿”调查结果,从“制定学生重要资料的收集政策,加大宣传、教育、展示力度,与学生社团组织加强合作,提供便捷的捐赠渠道”几方面提出具体的创新路向。展示了“荣誉档案网”“人物档案网”“符号馆”“学生口述访谈”等移植性强的学生档案资源建设实操案例。Students are the main body of the school,and the integrity of student files determines the richness of cultural inheritance in the school.At present,there are common problems in the management of student files in most universities,such as inadequate policies,inadequate systems,lack of attention from students,and insufficient information technology to meet their needs.Based on the results of the survey on the current situation of full-time archive management personnel and the willingness of students to archive,specific innovative directions are proposed from several aspects:formulating policies for collecting impor tant student information,increasing publicity,education,and display efforts,strengthening cooperation with student organizations,and providing convenient donation channels.Showcased practical cases of student archive resource construction with strong portability,such as'Honor Archives Network','Character Archives Network','Symbol Museum',and'Student Oral Interviews'.
