摘 要:围绕进气加温环境中的压气机性能评定问题,推导了考虑变比热影响的压气机性能参数及其不确定度计算方法,分析了变比热对压气机性能参数的影响趋势,并以压气机试验数据为对象进行验证。结果表明,与定比热相比,变比热计算的质量流量偏差随进口温度、流动马赫数增大而增大。均温法和积分法计算的温升效率较为接近,均较定值法偏小。随着压气机进气总温、总压比升高,均温法与积分法计算的温升效率偏差进一步扩大,同时两种方法计算的温升效率差异逐渐凸显,且均温法获取的温升效率偏低。Based on the evaluation of compressor performance in the air inlet heating environment,the calculation method of compressor performance parameters and their uncertainty considering the influence of variable specific heat was derived,which was used to analyze the influence of variable specific heat on compressor performance.And compressor test data were verified.The results show that,compared with constant specific heat,the mass flow deviation calculated by variable specific heat increases with the increasing of inlet temperature and flow Mach number.The temperature rise efficiency calculated by mean temperature and integral method is similar,and both are lower than that of the constant specific method.With the increasing of compressor inlet temperature and total pressure ratio,the deviation of temperature rise efficiency obtained by the mean temperature method and integral method increases.Meanwhile,the difference in the temperature rise efficiency with the two methods gradually becomes apparent,and the temperature rise efficiency with the mean temperature method is lower.
