摘  要:作为传统创新范式的突破与反思,责任式创新已成为国内外创新领域研究的热点。然而,对于何种因素能够促进员工责任式创新尚缺乏足够认识。基于社会信息加工理论,以建设性责任知觉为中介变量,工作资源充足性为调节变量,探讨了企业科技向善对员工责任式创新影响的作用机制。结果表明:企业科技向善正向影响员工责任式创新;企业科技向善会通过建设性责任知觉的中介作用对员工责任式创新产生正向影响;工作资源充足性正向调节了企业科技向善对员工责任式创新的作用过程,即工作资源越充足,企业科技向善通过员工建设性责任知觉对其责任式创新行为的积极作用越强。As a breakthrough and reflection of traditional innovation paradigm,responsible innovation has be‐come a hot topic in innovation research at home and abroad.However,there is a lack of understanding of what fac‐tors contribute to employee responsible innovation.Based on the social information processing theory,this study introduces constructive responsibility perception as mediator and adequacy of work resources as moderator,to ex‐plore the mechanism of corporate technology for social good effects on employee responsible innovation.The re‐sults show that corporate technology for social good has a positive impact on employee responsible innovation,con‐structive responsibility perception plays a mediating role in the relationship between corporate technology for so‐cial good and employee responsible innovation.Adequacy of work resources positively moderates the process by which corporate technology for social good influences employee responsible innovation.In other words,as adequacy of work resources increases,the positive impact of corporate technology for social good on employee responsible innovation,mediated by constructive responsibility perception,strengthens.
