摘　　要：文章基于对知识产权的技术资源和权利双重属性以及创新活动的理论认识,探究知识产权在创新中的驱动机制,以期为知识产权政策制定、优化、应用提供现实依据和创新思路。利用扎根理论研究方法,通过对合肥市85份知识产权政策文本的开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,提取和凝练出知识产权在创新中的驱动模型。结果表明,驱动模型包括创新资源、环境、主体、成果4个主范畴。通过对4个主范畴的深入剖析,逻辑归纳出知识产权在创新中的驱动机制,阐明知识产权驱动创新发展的主要途径。Based on the theoretical understanding of the dual attributes(technical resource attributes and rights attributes)of intellectual property(IP)and the innovation activities,to explore the driving mechanism of IP in innovation,with a view to provide a realistic basis and innovative ideas for the formulation,optimization and application of IP policies,this study used the rooted theory research method,and the driving model of IP in innovation was extracted and condensed through open coding,principal axis coding and selective coding of 85 intellectual property policy texts in Hefei city.The driving model includes four main categories:innovation resources,innovation environment,innovator and innovation results.Through in-depth analysis of the four main categories,the driving mechanism of IP in innovation is logically summarised,and the main ways of intellectual property rights to drive innovation and development are clarified.
