构建人类命运共同体需要落实三重维度的生态责任

摘　　要：人类生活在同一个地球上,各国各民族命运与共,任何国家和民族都不能独善其身,都有责任保护环境,这是同时代人之间的生态责任。未来的人类还是生活在这个地球上,他们也有同样的权利利用自然资源谋求美好生活,人类的永续发展需要上一代人为后一代人留下良好的生态环境,这是代际之间的生态责任。物种多样性是人类生存和发展的基础,如果地球上没有了其他物种,人类也将走向灭亡,因此人与自然是生命共同体,人类有责任保护其他物种,这是种际之间的生态责任。构建人类命运共同体需要切实落实代内、代际、种际三重维度的生态责任。Human beings live on the same planet,and the destinies of all countries and peoples are shared,so no country or nation can be left alone,and have the responsibility to protect the environment,which is the ecological responsibility between contemporaries.Future human beings still live on this earth,and they also have the same right to use natural resources to seek a better life.The sustainable development of human beings requires the previous generation to leave a good ecological environment for the next generation,which is the ecological responsibility between generations.Species diversity is the foundation of human survival and development.If there are no other species on the earth,human beings will also go to extinction.Therefore,man and nature are the community of life,and human beings have the responsibility to protect other species,which is the ecological responsibility between species.Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind requires to effectively implement a three-dimensional ecological responsibility:intra-generational,inter-generational and inter-species.
