摘  要:产业发展需要卓越的研发人才和大量懂工艺有技术的应用工程师。应用型本科和职业本科院校是应用工程师的主要供给源,通过精准构建产业人才需求与对应人才供给专业群的关系可以解决相关专业培养目标定位不准确、培养路径不清晰等问题。本文以工业机器人产业应用工程师为例,采用LDA聚类方法建立相关岗位需求画像,通过构建岗位能力矩阵定位岗位群能力目标,依据OBE理念提出基于岗位群典型工业项目解构及教学项目重构的项目式一体化课程体系与实践体系构建方法,旨在为应用型本科和职业本科院校面向工业机器人产业的机械类、自动化类专业群建设提供参考。The advancement of industries necessitates a robust pool of R&D talent and a substantial cohort of application engineers proficient in technology.Undergraduate and vocational colleges and universities specializing in applied education serve as the primary source of these application engineers.There exists a need to precisely align industrial talent demand with the corresponding professional groups supplying such talent to address issues related to the imprecise delineation of relevant professional cultivation objectives and the lack of clarity in cultivation pathways.This paper,using industrial robotics industry application engineers as a case study,employs the LDA clustering method to construct a comprehensive job demand profile.By constructing a job ability matrix,the study effectively delineates the competency targets for these professional groups.Furthermore,the paper proposes a construction method for a project-based integrated curriculum system and practical training system.This approach is based on the deconstruction of typical industrial projects undertaken by these professional groups and the subsequent reconstruction of teaching projects in line with the Outcomes Based Education(OBE)concept.Ultimately,this work seeks to provide valuable insights for the development of mechanical and automation professional groups within the applied undergraduate and vocational college settings,with a specific focus on the industrial robotics industry.
