摘　　要：培育工匠技能型档案管理人员是提升档案管理效能、实现档案资源价值的重要途径,对于推动我国档案事业的高质量发展具有重要意义。在工作特征模型的理论框架下,基于三个典型案例,研究分析工匠技能型档案管理人员应具备的特征基础,并从工作特征模型的技能多样性、任务一致性、自主性和反馈性、任务重要性等方面提出相应的培育路径和策略,包括构建专业培训体系、优化工作流程、强化实践操作训练、建立激励机制等。Cultivating skilled archivists with craftsmanship is a crucial approach to enhancing the efficiency of archives management and realizing the value of archival resources.It plays a significant role in promoting high-quality development in China’s archives sector.This paper delves into the value and significance of the craftsmanship skills in the field of archives management.Drawing on three typical case studies,this paper examines the features that skilled archivists with craftsmanship should possess.From the perspective of the job characteristics model,it suggests corresponding cultivation pathways and strategies,including the establishment of a specialized training system,optimization of work processes,reinforcement of practical operational training,and the creation of an incentive mechanism.
