摘　　要：非物质文化遗产档案是中华优秀传统文化的重要载体,在新时代推动国家文化软实力提升和文化自信增强的过程中发挥着重要作用。非遗档案跨文化传播应坚持共商共建共享原则,以平等交流、互学互鉴的姿态讲述中国故事,传播中国声音,推动中华文化走向世界,增强中华文明的传播力和影响力,推动构建人类命运共同体。Intangible cultural heritage archives are an important carrier of excellent traditional Chinese culture,playing a crucial role in enhancing the country’s cultural soft power and building cultural confidence in the new era.The cross-cultural dissemination of intangible cultural heritage archives should adhere to the principle of consultation,co construction and sharing,tell the story of China in an equal and mutually learning manner,spread the voice of China,enhance the appeal and influence of Chinese culture,and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
