摘　　要：城市近郊空间是城市的周边地带,是城乡融合发展的综合效益的先导区。在城镇化发展过程中,城市近郊空间以其优越的区位条件、突出的公共服务设施和良好的环境品质成为城乡一体化发展先行示范地带。而田园综合体是在城乡一体化背景下提出的新型农业综合发展模式,它是集合了现代农业、休闲旅游、田园社区等多种业态的载体。田园综合体中的公共建筑以一种怎样的风格呈现,是值得关切的问题,文章以南京江宁溪田田园综合体中公共服务中心建筑为研究对象,探寻城市近郊空间的公共建筑创意设计策略与方法。The suburban space of a city is the surrounding area of the city,and it is the leading area for the comprehensive benefits of urban-rural integration development.During the process of urbanization,the suburban space of a city has become the pioneering demonstration zone for the integration of urban and rural development for its superior location conditions,prominent public service facilities,and good environmental quality.The rural complex is a new type of agricultural integrated development model proposed in the context of urban-rural integration,and also a carrier for various business formats including modern agriculture,leisure tourism,rural community,and so on.It is a matter of concern that how the public buildings in a rural complex represent themselves.Taking the public service center of Jiangning Xitian rural complex in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province as an example,the paper explores the strategies and methods for the creative design of public buildings in urban suburban areas.
