摘　　要：AG玻璃是燃气热水器外观应用的一个重要发展方向,研究了燃气热水器应用AG玻璃易产生白斑的原因、防护措施、以及最优生产方案。通过潮热测试,研究了不同防护措施对AG玻璃产生白斑防护力度,得出纳米材料防护力度最好的结论。同时,通过潮热测试与吊挂测试,得出AG玻璃+冷板+喷粉+3M胶生产工艺为生产最优方案的结论。Ag Glass is an important developing direction of gas water heater.The reason,protective measures and op-timal production scheme of AG Glass for gas water heater are studied.By means of hot flash test,the protective effect of different protective measures on white spot of Ag Glass was studied,and the conclusion that the protective effect of nano-materials was the best was obtained.At the same time,through hot test and hanging test,it is concluded that AG Glass+cold plate+powder spraying+3M adhesive production process is the best production plan.
