摘  要:在新时代,加快建设高质量教育体系成为教育事业发展的新使命。随着人工智能、大数据等信息技术的飞速发展,教学模式和学习方式都发生了深刻变化。文中采用系统工程方法,综合考虑了多个方面以提升教师信息化教学能力。研究涵盖技术培训、实践应用、政策支持等方面,旨在全面分析和推动教师信息化教学能力的提升。研究表明,教师信息化教学能力的提升是一个涉及技术培训、实践应用和政策支持等多方面的系统工程。In the new era,accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system has become a new mission for the development of the education industry.With the rapid development of information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,teaching modes and learning methods have undergone profound changes.This paper adopts a systems engineering approach and comprehensively considers multiple aspects to enhance teachers̓information technology teaching ability.The research covers technical training,practical application,policy support,and other aspects,aiming to comprehensively analyze and promote the improvement of teachers̓information technology teaching ability.Research has shown that the improvement of teachers̓information technology teaching ability is a systematic project involving multiple aspects such as technical training,practical application,and policy support.
