燃气热水器中五金部件的耐腐蚀性能提升研究

摘　　要：在家用电器行业中,燃气热水器的五金部件耐腐蚀性能对产品的耐用性和安全性至关重要。本研究探索了提高燃气热水器五金部件耐腐蚀性的方法,通过对五金部件进行表面镀层处理、化学钝化处理及环保型防腐涂料涂覆三种不同的表面处理试验。通过在实验室模拟的腐蚀环境中测试,对比分析了各处理方式的耐腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,采用环保型防腐涂料涂覆的方法在提高耐腐蚀性能方面表现最佳,为燃气热水器五金部件的耐腐蚀改进提供了可靠的技术支持。In the home appliance industry,the corrosion resistance of metal components in gas water heaters is crucial for the product's durability and safety.This study explores methods to enhance the corrosion resistance of these components,utilizing three different surface treatment experiments:surface coating,chemical passivation,and application of eco-friendly anti-corrosion coatings.By testing in a laboratory-simulated corrosive environment and comparing the corrosion resistance of each treatment,the results show that the use of eco-friendly anti-corrosion coatings is the most effective in improving corrosion resistance,providing reliable technical support for enhancing the corrosion resistance of metal components in gas water heaters.
