摘  要:长三角区域一体化发展为县域高职院校产教融合、协同创新提供了得天独厚的条件。县域职业教育服务长三角区域一体化,是长三角一体化发展的必然要求,是职业教育高质量发展的重要体现,也是县域高职院校提高自身竞争力的迫切需要。但由于区域间的壁垒,利益协调机制的缺失以及院校自身服务一体化有效机制的不健全等因素,导致县域高职院校服务长三角一体化过程中面临着困境。钱伟长先生教育思想中的“拆墙理论”,强调打破传统壁垒,促进资源优化配置,提高人才培养的适配度,为县域高职院校融入、服务长三角一体化提供了新的理论支撑和实践指导。The integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region provides unique conditions for the integration of industry and education,as well as collaborative innovation,in county-level vocational colleges.County level vocational education services for the integration of the Yangtze River Delta region are an inevitable requirement for the development of the Yangtze River Delta integration,an important manifestation of high-quality vocational education development,and an urgent need for county-level vocational colleges to improve their competitiveness.However,due to barriers between regions,the lack of a mechanism for coordinating interests,and the inadequacy of effective mechanisms for service integration within colleges,county-level vocational colleges are facing difficulties in serving the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.Mr.Qian Weichang's educational philosophy of"breaking down barriers"emphasizes breaking down traditional barriers,promoting optimized resource allocation,and improving the adaptability of talent cultivation,providing new theoretical support and practical guidance for county-level vocational colleges to integrate into and serve the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
