摘 要:文章对副干酪乳酪杆菌Glory LP16对环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CTX)诱导免疫抑制小鼠体内改善效果进行了探究。通过注射CTX建立免疫抑制模型,分别灌胃给予小鼠副干酪乳酪杆菌GloryLP16低(1.5×10^(6)CFU/只)、中(1.5×10^(7)CFU/只)、高(1.5×10^(8)CFU/只)剂量,连续30d,测定小鼠初始和终末体质量,免疫器官指数,细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能和非特异性免疫影响。结果表明,各试验组的体质量、免疫器官指数、特异性免疫和非特异性免疫功能均增加,其中高剂量组增加均具有极显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。因此副干酪乳酪杆菌GloryLP16可增强小鼠免疫功能。The article explores the in vivo improvement effect of Lactobacillus paracasei Glory LP16 on cyclophosphamide(CTX)induced immunosuppression in mice.An immunosuppression model was established by injecting CTX,and mice were orally gavaged with low,medium,and high doses of Lactobacillus paracasei Glory LP16(1.5×10^(6)CFU/only,1.5×10^(7)CFU/only,and 1.5×10^(8)CFU/only,respectively)for 30 consecutive days.The initial and final body weights,immune organ indices,cellular immune function,humoral immune function,and nonspecific immune effects were measured in the mice.The results indicate that the body weights,immune organ indices,specific immune functions,and nonspecific immune functions wereall increased in all experimental groups,with the high-dose group showing extremely significant statistical differences(P<0.01)in these increases.Based on these findings,it is speculated that Lactobacillus paracasei Glory LP16 can enhance the immune function of mice.
