摘　　要：目的探讨标准三联疗法联合康复新液治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)相关消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月安岳县人民医院收治的63例Hp相关消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31)与研究组(n=32)。对照组给予标准三联疗法(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合口服康复新液治疗,比较两组溃疡愈合情况及Hp结果、症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况、中医证候评分。结果两组溃疡愈合有效率、Hp阳性率比较差异无统计学意义。研究组症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准三联疗法联合康复新液治疗Hp相关消化性溃疡安全可靠,可明显缓解患者的临床症状,缩短症状缓解时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of standard triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated peptic ulcer.Methods 63 patients with Hp associated peptic ulcer admitted to Anyue County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=31)and the study group(n=32)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with standard triple therapy(omeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin),the study group was treated with oral Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The ulcer healing,Hp results,symptom relief time,adverse reactions and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the effective rate of ulcer healing and Hp positivity rate between the two groups.The symptom relief time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid is safe and reliable in the treatment of Hp associated peptic ulcer,which can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the time of symptom relief,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
