摘 要:目的探析Filter TMZ350 XT、Beautiful Flow Plus流动树脂及Fuji IX玻璃离子在牙颈部楔状缺损修复治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月抚州市临川区人民医院收治的150例(460颗患牙)牙颈部楔状缺损患者的临床资料,按照修复材料的不同分为FUJI组(n=49,152颗患牙)、Z350组(n=51,155颗患牙)及Beautiful组(n=50,153颗患牙)。FUJI组采用FUJI IX玻璃离子水门汀修复,Z350组予以Filter TMZ350 XT流动树脂修复,Beautiful组使用Beautiful Flow Plus流动树脂修复。比较3组治疗6、12个月后的修复成功率、微渗漏程度、边缘缝隙宽度。结果3组治疗6个月后修复成功率比较差异无统计学意义;3组治疗12个月后修复成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步两两比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗6、12个月后,3组微渗漏程度、边缘缝隙宽度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Z350组、Beautiful组微渗漏程度均优于FUJI组,边缘缝隙宽度均小于FUJI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Beautiful组与Z350组微渗漏程度、边缘缝隙宽度比较差异无统计学意义。结论牙颈部楔状缺损应用Filter TMZ350 XT、Beautiful Flow Plus流动树脂较FUJI IX玻璃离子水门汀具有一定优势,不仅远期修复成功率高,微渗漏程度更轻,且边缘缝隙宽度更小。Objective To explore the application effect of Filter TMZ350 XT,Beautiful Flow Plus flow resin and FUJI IX glass ionic cement in the repair and treatment of wedge-shaped defect of tooth neck.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients(460 affected teeth)with tooth neck wedge defects admitted to Fuzhou Linchuan District People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the FUJI group(n=49,152 affected teeth),the Z350 group(n=51,155 affected teeth)and the Beautiful group(n=50,153 affected teeth)according to the difference of repair materials.The FUJI group was treated with FUJI IX glass ionic cement repair,the Z350 group was treated with Filter TMZ350 XT flow resin repair,and the Beautiful group was treated with Beautiful Flow Plus flow resin repair.The repair success rate after 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the degree of microleakage and the margin gap width were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the repair success rate after 6 months of treatment among the three groups;there was significant difference in the repair success rate after 12 months of treatment among the three groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in further pairwise comparison.After 6 and 12 months of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the microleakage degree and edge gap widths among the three groups(P<0.05),and the microleakage degree in the Z350 group and the Beautiful group were better than that in the FUJI group,the edge gap widths were smaller than that in the FUJI group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the microleakage degree and edge gap width between the Beautiful group and the Z350 group.Conclusion Filter TMZ350 XT and Beautiful Flow Plus flowable resins have certain advantages over FUJI IX glass ionic cement in the application of wedge-shaped defects in the neck of the teeth,not only the long-term repair success rate is high,th
