摘 要:以格库铁路(格尔木—库尔勒)新疆段高原线路无缝化改造为工程依托,分析无缝道岔结构特点和受力特性,通过建立60 kg/m钢轨12号无缝道岔有限元模型分析无缝道岔温度力及位移分布规律,揭示轨温变化幅度对无缝道岔受力与变形的影响。研究结果发现:基本轨附加温度力的影响范围主要集中在岔前10 m至岔后30 m的区域内;在50~65℃的轨温变化范围内,附加温度力的增加幅度在19.3%~23.1%,尖轨尖端伸缩位移的增加幅度约在0.2~0.4 mm/℃;当轨温变化达到约38℃时,限位器子母块开始贴靠,所受荷载增长率约为10 kN/℃。建议建立无缝道岔的健康监测系统并加强养护维修,保障无缝道岔处于良好服役状态。This article is based on the seamless track transformation project of the plateau region of the Xinjiang section of the Golmud-Korla Railway.By establishing a finite element model of the No.12 seamless turnouts with 60 kg/m rails the distribution patterns of temperature stress and displacement of the seamless turnout under temperature variations were analyzed,thereby revealed the influence of the amplitude of rail temperature change on the force and deformation of the seamless turnout.The results show that the additional temperature force on the basic rail is mainly concentrated within the area from 10m before the turnout to 30 m after the turnout.Within the range of rail temperature change at 50~65℃,the increased range of the additional temperature force is at 19.3%~23.1%,and the expansion displacement of the actual point of switch rail is maintained in the range of 0.2~0.4 mm/℃.When the rail temperature reaches about 38℃,the male and female blocks of the rail stopper begin to abut against each other,and the load growth rate is about 10 kN/℃.It is recommended to establish a health monitoring system for seamless turnouts and strengthen maintenance and repair to ensure that seamless turnouts are in good service condition.
