摘 要:WJ-8型扣件正常安装状态下,道钉受到锤击时有螺旋道钉松退甚至弹出。针对这一问题,本文对处于平衡状态和非平衡状态的道钉进行受力分析,分析螺栓副防松性能的影响因素,并提出了针对螺旋道钉防松性能的改进措施。结果表明:螺旋道钉防松退性能与螺旋升角、螺纹摩擦半径、螺纹动摩擦因数有关;降低道钉螺旋升角、增加螺纹摩擦半径、加大上部牙侧角以及采用表面更粗糙的防腐方式,均能显著提升螺旋道钉的防松退性能。In the normal installation state of WJ-8 type fasteners,when the spike is hammered,the screw spike may be loose or even popped out.In response to this issue,this article conducted force analysis on the equilibrium and nonequilibrium states of spikes,analyzed the factors affecting the anti-loosening performance of bolt pairs,and proposed improvement measures for the anti-loosening performance of screw spike.The results indicate that the anti-loosening performance of screw spike is related to the helix angle,thread friction radius,and thread dynamic friction coefficient.Reducing the helix angle of the screw spike,increasing the friction radius of the thread,increasing the upper flank angle,and adopting a rougher surface anti-corrosion method can significantly improve the anti-loosening performance of the screw spike.
