代际涉入与家族企业战略创业行为研究

摘　　要：以中国上市家族企业为研究对象,选取2011~2022年面板数据,旨在探究代际涉入对战略创业行为的影响以及二代相关因素对其的调节作用。研究发现:①代际涉入通过高管能力断裂带对战略创业行为强度产生促进作用;②二代继任方式具有负向调节作用,即渐进式继任方式减弱了代际涉入、能力属性引发的高管断裂带对战略创业行为强度的促进作用,激进式继任方式增强了代际涉入、能力属性引发的高管断裂带对战略创业行为强度的促进作用;③二代亲缘关系具有负向调节作用,即直系亲属二代减弱了代际涉入、能力属性引发的高管断裂带对战略创业行为强度的促进作用,旁系亲属二代增强了代际涉入、能力属性引发的高管断裂带对战略创业行为强度的促进作用;④二代社会资本具有正向调节作用,其增强了代际涉入、能力属性引发的高管断裂带对战略创业行为强度的促进作用。This paper selects listed family firms panel data in China from 2011 to 2022 as the research object,aiming to explore the influence mechanism of generational involvement on strategic entrepreneurial behavior and the moderating effect of second-generation related factors.The results found that:①generational involvement promotes the intensity of strategic entrepreneurial behavior through the fault zone of executive competency.②The succession mode of the second generation has a negative moderating effect.The gradual succession mode weakens the promoting effect of the executive fault zone caused by generational involvement and ability attributes on the intensity of strategic entrepreneurial behavior while the radical succession enhances the promoting effect.③The kinship of the second generation has a negative moderating effect.The second-generation of immediate family members weakens the promoting effect of the executive fault zone caused by intergenerational involvement and ability attributes on the intensity of strategic entrepreneurial behavior while collateral relatives enhances the promoting effect.④The second-generation social capital has a positive moderating effect,which enhances the promoting effect of the executive fault zone caused by generational involvement and ability attributes on the intensity of strategic entrepreneurial behavior.
