摘 要:目的探讨虚拟仿真技术联合超星学习通在脑卒中护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取鹤壁职业技术学院2022级3年制全日制护理专科护生83例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组41例与观察组42例。对照组采用传统课堂教学模式,观察组采用虚拟仿真技术联合超星学习通教学模式。教学结束后,比较两组理论知识成绩、操作考核成绩以及深度学习水平。结果观察组理论成绩、操作考核成绩及深度学习水平均显著好于对照组(t=-3.816,P<0.001;t=-4.109,P<0.001;t=-3.935,P<0.001)。结论虚拟仿真技术联合超星学习通,有助于提高护生的脑卒中护理实训效果。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation technology combined with Xuexitong software in practice teaching of stroke nursing.Methods Eighty-three full-time junior college students from grade 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=42).The control group was given traditional teaching,while the observation group received training using virtual simulation technology combined with Xuexitong software.After the intervention,the theoretical knowledge,practical assessment and deep learning were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical assessment and deep learning of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-3.816,P<0.001;t=-4.109,P<0.001;t=-3.935,P<0.001).Conclusion Virtual simulation technology combined with Xuexitong software helps improve the practice teaching of stroke nursing.
