榜样精神融入高等农业院校思政教育的应用研究

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进,高等农业院校人才的培养越来越受到重视。为有效保障乡村振兴高质量人才的可持续供给,应充分发挥榜样精神在高等农业院校思政教育中的实效性,鼓励大学生积极投身于乡村振兴的实践中。在榜样精神融入高等农业院校思政教育的实际工作中,部分高校出现了“课程体系建设不完善”“校园文化建设不精细”“实践教育活动低效化”等问题,高等农业院校应进一步融入榜样精神教育,落实立德树人根本任务,从深度融合课程体系、倾力打造校园文化、全方位开拓实践教育等方面着力培养知农爱农兴农的新型人才。With the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the cultivation of professionals in higher agricultural colleges is receiving increasing attention.To effectively ensure the sustainable supply of high-quality professionals for rural revitalization,the effectiveness of the exemplary spirit in ideological and political education in higher agricultural colleges should be fully utilized,and college students should be encouraged to actively participate in the practice of rural revitalization.In the practical work of integrating the exemplary spirit into ideological and political education in higher agricultural colleges,some colleges have encountered problems such as“imperfect construction of curriculum system”,“imprecise construction of campus culture”,and“inefficient activities of practical education”.Higher agricultural colleges should further integrate the education of the exemplary spirit,implement the fundamental task of moral education,and focus on cultivating new talents who know,love,and promote agriculture from the aspects of deep integration of curriculum system,striving to build campus culture,and comprehensively exploring practical education.
