摘　　要：文章介绍了《茶园栽培管理技术农事导则》地方标准的制订背景,解读了标准的主要内容,特别是茶园栽培管理中的先进技术,并对标准的亮点和特色进行总结,同时提出今后需要进一步加强茶园栽培管理技术集成配套模式研究和示范推广新模式的思路和建议。This paper introduced the background of the formulation of the local standard of"Agricultural Guidelines for Tea Cultivation Management Technology",interpreted the main contents of the standard,especially the advanced technologies in cultivation and management in tea gardens,summarized the highlights and characteristics of the standard,and put forward the ideas and suggestions to further strengthen the research and demonstration of the integrated supporting mode of cultivation and management technologies of tea garden in the future.
