摘　　要：随着我国汽车工业改革发展,新能源汽车行业快速崛起,处于蓬勃发展的黄金期,同时新能源汽车行业对高素质专业技能人才的需求日益增长。为进一步解决新能源汽车技术专业学生理论知识与新能源汽车企业实际工作脱节问题,应对新能源汽车企业对于人才需求的日益多元化,本文以南通某中职学校为例,通过分析新能源汽车技术专业当前一体化教学的现状和新能源汽车企业对技能人才需求的现状,结合新能源汽车技术专业一体化教学的意义,提出中职学校新能源汽车技术专业一体化教学的发展方向。With the reform and development of China's automobile industry,the new energy automobile industry has risen rapidly and is in the golden period of vigorous development,and the demand for high-quality professional and skilled talents in the new energy automobile industry is growing.In order to further solve the problem of disconnection between the theoretical knowledge of new energy vehicle technology students and the actual work of new energy vehicle enterprises,and to cope with the increasing diversification of the demand for talents of new energy vehicle enterprises,this paper takes a secondary vocational school in Nantong as an example,analyzes the current situation of integrated teaching of new energy vehicle technology and the current situation of new energy vehicle enterprises'demand for skilled talents,and puts forward the development direction of integrated teaching of new energy vehicle technology in secondary vocational schools by analyzing the current situation of integrated teaching of new energy vehicle technology and the demand for skilled talents of new energy vehicle enterprises.
