摘 要:目的:探讨整合诊治模式在肿瘤内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在肿瘤内科实习的临床医学专业本科生96人为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48人。观察组采取整合诊治模式法教学,对照组采取传统多媒体教学。课程结束后,比较2组学生对课程模式和带教老师的满意度以及对理论知识和临床技能的掌握程度。结果:问卷调查结果显示,观察组学生对课程模式和带教老师的满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组学生理论知识和临床技能成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:整合诊治模式应用于肿瘤内科临床教学,有助于提高学生对课程模式和带教老师满意度以及提升理论知识和临床实践成绩。Objective:To explore the effect of integrated diagnosis and treatment model teaching in clinical teaching of medical oncology.Methods:A total of 96 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were selected from Bengbu Medical University in 2018,and randomly divided into the control group and observation group(48 case each group).The observation group was taught with integrated diagnosis and treatment mode,while the control group was taught with traditional multimedia.At the end of the course,the satisfaction rate of students to the course model and teachers,and mastery of the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were compared between two groups.Results:The results of questionnaire showed that the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The scores of the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in the observation group were high than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The application of integrated diagnosis and treatment model teaching in clinical teaching of medical oncology is helpful to improve the students′satisfaction with the course model and teachers,and their theoretical knowledge and clinical practice results.
