摘 要:目的:探讨正念认知疗法干预对广州市某互联网医院中老年患者正念思维、感知压力及睡眠质量的影响,为改善中老年人睡眠质量提供参考。方法:于2023年6月-8月,选取在广州市某互联网医院进行睡眠调理的136名中老年患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各68人,对照组进行常规健康教育,实验组在此基础上进行正念认知疗法干预,比较两组中老年患者干预前后正念思维、感知压力及睡眠质量差异。结果:干预后,实验组正念思维水平较干预前显著提升(P<0.05);实验组感知压力较干预前显著下降(P<0.001),但与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组睡眠质量较干预前均显著提升(P<0.05),且睡眠质量得分显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:正念认知疗法可提升中老年患者的正念思维水平,减轻感知压力,提高睡眠质量。建议进一步推广正念认知疗法,加大培训力度,以帮助更多有睡眠调理需求的中老年患者管理自身情绪,提高睡眠质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT)intervention on mindfulness thinking,perceived stress,and sleep quality in middle-aged and elderly patients at an internet hospital in Guangzhou,so as to provide reference for improving sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:From June to August 2023,136 middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing sleep management at an internet hospital in Guangzhou were randomly assigned to either an experimental group(68 patients)or a control group(68 patients).The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group underwent MBCT in addition to health education.The differences in mindfulness thinking,perceived stress,and sleep quality between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,the experimental group showed a significant improvement in mindfulness thinking compared to pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).Perceived stress significantly decreased in the experimental group post-intervention(P<0.001),but no statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Sleep quality in the experimental group was improved significantly compared to both pre-intervention levels(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:MBCT can enhance mindfulness thinking,reduce perceived stress,and improve sleep quality in middle-aged and elderly patients.It is recommended that MBCT be further promoted,with increased training efforts to help more middle-aged and elderly patients with sleep management needs.
