摘 要:三十年来,网络思想政治教育理论研究经历了对网络的“工具性”“社会文化性”与“空间性”认识三阶段,网络思想政治教育实践则经历了“阵地占领”“积极参与”与“主导引领”三个阶段。网络思想政治教育理论研究和实践探索持续走向深入,取得了较多成效与经验,但还存在理论基础与理论体系研究欠深入、研究定位不够清晰、实效性不强、理论研究与实践发展失衡等问题。为此,在理论上,网络思想政治教育要持续深化基础理论研究与创新、加强实证与应用研究;在实践上,网络思想政治教育要积极向精准施策、泛在教育、智能思政、一体化教育方向发展。In the past 30 years,the theoretical research of Internet-based ideological and political education has experienced three stages of understanding the Internet's“instrumental value”,“socio-cultural attributes”and its function as“cyberspace”.While the practice of Internet ideological and political education has experienced three stages of“position occupation”,“active participation”and“leadership and guidance”.The theoretical research and practical exploration of network ideological and political education continue to deepen,and have led to significant achievements and insights,but there are still problems such as insufficient depth in foundational theory and system research,unclear research focus,limited effectiveness,and an imbalance between theoretical research and practical application.Therefore,in the theoretical research,the network ideological and political education should deepen foundational research,innovate frameworks,and strengthen empirical and applied studies.On the practical side,the network ideological and political education should actively develop in the direction of accurate guidance,intelligent thinking and politics,ubiquitous education,and integrated education.
