摘 要:肝脏疾病是全球主要的死亡原因之一,对公共卫生构成重大挑战。靶向垂钓技术,作为一种新兴的药物筛选方法,因其高特异性和高效率在药物活性成分的筛选中显示出巨大潜力。本文综述了靶向垂钓技术的原理与分类,以及在肝脏疾病防治中的应用现状,总结了配体垂钓和靶标垂钓技术的优缺点并探讨其未来趋势,分析了该技术当前面临的挑战和潜在的解决策略,以期为肝病患者带来更多有效的治疗选择。Liver disease is one of the main causes of death worldwide and presents a significant public health issue.Target fishing,an innovative drug screening tool,has shown tremendous promise in the screening of active pharmaceutical ingredient because of its high specificity and efficiency.This article reviewed the principles and classifications of targeted fishing technology,as well as its current application status in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.It summarized the advantages and disadvantages of ligand fishing and target fishing technologies,and explored their future trends.In order to provide patients with liver illness with more effective treatment options and lessen the burden of liver disease worldwide,the existing challenges faced by this technology and potential solutions were also analyzed.
