摘　　要：依据GB 4343.1及CISPR 14-1标准,针对感应炊具电磁兼容测试用搪瓷钢标准负载锅具展开研究。在标准要求之上,对负载锅的材质、尺寸、底部凹度进行标准化完善,同时设计了严格的成品及电磁兼容均匀性验收方案。经过对200套标准负载锅具的检验,样品间电磁兼容测试结果无明显差异,满足测试一致性及标准样品均匀性要求。According to GB 4343.1 and CISPR 14-1,this paper conducts research on enamel steel standard load cookware for electromagnetic compatibility testing of induction cookware.Based on the requirements in the standards,the material,size,and bottom concavity of the load cookware is standardized and improved,and strict fi nished product and electromagnetic compatibility uniformity acceptance schemes is designed.After inspecting 200 sets of standard load cookware,there is no signifi cant difference in the electromagnetic compatibility test results between the samples,meeting the requirements for test consistency and uniformity of reference material.
