摘 要:研究了玉米收获机底盘的结构,以提高收获机的转向灵活性、稳定性和作业效率。通过分析关键参数如转向半径、重心位置、纵向和横向稳定性以及驱动桥与转向桥轮距,确定了设计要求以及车架、驱动桥和转向桥的结构方案。结果显示,设计的底盘结构能够在不同作业条件下满足稳定性和承载能力指标,实验分析验证了其在弯曲工况下的强度和变形性能。The chassis structure of corn harvester was studied in order to improve the steering flexibility,stability and effi-ciency of the harvester.Through analysis of key parameters such as steering radius,center of gravity position,longitudinal and lateral stability,as well as wheel base of drive axle and steering axle,the design requirements and the structural scheme of the frame,drive axle and steering axle were determined.The results showed that the designed chassis structure could meet the stability and bearing capacity indexes under different operating conditions,and the experimental analysis verified its strength and deformation performance under bending conditions.
