大数据时代高校资产全生命周期管理的优化路径

摘　　要：随着我国高校内涵式发展,高校资产数量与类别急剧增长,管理难度不断升级.传统的资产管理模式普遍存在职能分散、职责不清、信息不畅等弊端,直接影响资产管理效益.大数据时代的到来,为高校资产全生命周期管理提供了新的发展思路.针对高校目前资产管理存在的问题,提出基于大数据的高校资产全生命周期管理的优化路径,提升资产对高校可持续发展的促进作用.With the connotative development of Chinese universities,the number and category of assets have increased rapidly,and the management difficulty has continued to escalate.The traditional asset management model generally has many disadvantages,such as decentralized functions,unclear responsibilities and poor information flow,which directly affect the efficiency of asset management.The arrival of the big data era has provided new development ideas for the full life cycle management of university assets.This paper discusses the existing problems of university asset management in China,and proposes the optimization path of full life cycle management of university assets in the background of big data,so as to give full play to the role of assets in promoting the sustainable development of universities.
