摘  要:为挖掘玉米抗除草剂相关候选基因,本研究以包含234份玉米自交系的关联群体为材料,结合包含56000个SNPs标记的基因型鉴定结果和该群体抗莠去津相关性状的评价数据进行全基因组关联分析。结果显示,全基因组关联分析共鉴定出62个与玉米抗莠去津相关性状显著关联的数量性状遗传位点(QTNs)(P<0.001),其中PZE-104041162和PZE-104041163同时与叶绿素含量和玉米受害率两个性状相关。候选基因分析共鉴定出57个玉米抗莠去津相关候选基因,其中GRMZM2G311465、GRMZM2G017536、GRMZM2G172826、GRMZM2G129431、GRMZM2G334791、GRMZM2G177878、GRMZM2G030768等基因主要参与植物生长发育、植物免疫、植物激素信号传导的调节,生物胁迫以及非生物胁迫响应过程等。研究结果为进一步深探讨不同玉米种质对莠去津的抗性机制提供关键候选基因。To identify candidate genes related to herbicide resistance in maize,this study was conducted by using an association population comprising 234 inbred lines of maize as material.The genome-wide associa-tion analysis(GWAS)was conducted through integrating the genotyping results with 56000 SNP markers and evaluation data of the traits related to atrazine resistance.The results indicated that a total of 62 quantitative trait nucleotides(QTNs)significantly(P<0.001)associated with maize resistance to atrazine were identified.Among them,PZE-104041162 and PZE-104041163 were associated with both chlorophyll content and maize injury rate.Through candidate gene analysis,57 candidate genes linked to maize resistance to atrazine were i-dentified;among which,GRMZM2G311465,GRMZM2G017536,GRMZM2G172826,GRMZM2G129431,GRMZM2G334791,GRMZM2G177878 and GRMZM2G030768 were primarily involved in regulating plant growth and development,immunity,hormonal signaling pathways,and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses.These findings could provide key candidate genes for further exploration of the resistance mechanisms to at-razine in different maize germplasms.
