摘　　要：质量强国战略是以推动高质量发展为主题,全面提高产业质量总体水平。战略实施,人才为本。其中,工匠型人才是支撑中国创造、中国质量、中国品牌的重要基石。立足新发展阶段,高职院校应通过建强师资队伍、重塑育人格局、厚植工匠文化、优化“双创”教育,将弘扬和培育工匠精神融入人才培养全程,以期培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠,并激励广大青年学生牢固树立质量第一意识,坚定不移地走技能成才、技能报国之路,为质量强国建设事业匹配坚实的人力和智力支撑。Quality Power Strategy focuses on promoting high-quality development and comprehensively improving the overall quality level of our country.Implement the strategy should be based on highly-qualified talents,Craftsman is an important cornerstone of supporting Chinese Creativity,Quality and Brands.Based on the new stage of development,vocational colleges should integrate the promotion and cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into the entire process of talent cultivation through building a strong teaching staff,reshaping the personality cultivation situation,cultivating craftsmanship culture,and optimizing"double innovation"education,in order to cultivate more high-quality workers and skilled technical personnel,skilled craftsmen and master craftsmen,and inspire young students to firmly establish the awareness of Quality-First,firmly pursue the path of skill development and serve the country,in order to provide solid human and intellectual support for the construction of quality power strategy.
