摘 要:国内高校英语专业在新文科建设融合创新的精神指引下,对标拔尖创新人才的培养要求,探索多元化、多层次的“创新型人才培养”模式。本文以2017—2023年间复旦大学英语专业课程中语言学课程模块建设改革实践为例,厘清新文科建设中外语人才培养“融合创新”的关键点,从课程体系联通、学科语种交叉、教学科研互腴、线上线下融合四个方面探索语言学课程模块的深化改革路径。实践表明,新文科本科生拔尖人才的培养,应打通教学、科研、实践三个环节,形成学科内和学科间的培养合力,提升英语专业学生的融合创新能力。Guided by the spirit of integration and innovation in constructing New Liberal Arts,the English major in Chinese universities has been exploring the diversified and multi-level model of"cultivating innovative talents"in alignment with the requirements of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.This paper takes the English major programs of Fudan University as a case example to illustrate the reform practices of building the linguistics course module during 2017-2023.It first clarifies the key points of"integration and innovation"in the cultivation of foreign language talents,and then explores the four aspects of the linguistics course module construction,namely,connecting curricula system,crossing languages and disciplines,cross-fertilizing research and teaching,and blending on-line and off-line learning.Our practices have demonstrated that the crux to the cultivation of New Liberal Arts top talents lies in opening up the three links of teaching,research and practice.Synergies between and within disciplines need to be generated to develop the students'overall capabilities of integration and innovation.
