范导教学在影像专业住院医师规范化培训中的探究

摘  要:住院医师规范化培训是影像专业医学生过渡到医师的重要阶段。而范导式教学是一种具有创新意义的教学主张,体现以学生发展为本的教学理念,倡导教师采用多种教学手段为学生提供高效率的课堂。把范导式教学有机融入影像专业住院医师规范化培训带教中,围绕“范”与“导”两个基本要素。“范”是“导”的基础与前提,“导”是“范”的灵魂与关键。设计教学有“范”、导学有“方”、搭建平台、交流切磋等真实性情境,将范导式教学贯彻到带教实际中。Standardized training of residents is an important stage in the transition from imaging medical students to physicians.Paradigm and guidance teaching is an innovative teaching proposition,which embodies the student-oriented teaching philosophy and advocates teachers to use various teaching methods to provide efficient classrooms for students.This article organically integrates paradigm and guidance teaching into the standardized training and teaching of imaging residents,centering on the two basic elements of“paradigm”and“guidance”.“Paradigm”is the foundation and premise of“guidance”,and“guidance”is the soul and key of“paradigm”.It designs authentic situations such as teaching with“paradigm”,guidance with“methods”,building platforms,and exchanging ideas,and integrates paradigm and guidance teaching into the teaching practice.
