摘 要:近些年来,C-H键活化逐渐成为了有机化学领域中一个较为热门的研究方向。目前,已经有一些团队报道了叶立德类化合物在C-H键活化中的应用。他们利用叶立德实现C-H键活化/环化,合成了许多存在于天然产物和药物中的骨架,这为这些骨架的合成提供了新方法。由于其特殊的性质,碘叶立德在有机合成领域备受关注,故而被许多科研工作者应用到C-H键活化当中。这里先简单介绍了C-H键活化,再介绍了叶立德在C-H键活化中的应用和一些碘叶立德应用在C-H键活化中的例子。最后,总结了碘叶立德在C-H键活化中的现状和存在的问题。In recent years,the C-H bond activation has become an one of the popular areas of organic chemistry.At present,some groups have reported the application of ylide compounds in C-H bond activation.They used ylide to achieve C-H bond activation/cyclization to synthesize many skeletons which found in natural products and drugs,providing some new methods for synthesizing these skeletons.Iodonium ylides attracted considerable attention in organic synthesis due to their unique reactivities,so the iodonium ylides have applied in C-H bond activation by some scientific workers.Here,a brief introduction of the C-H bond activation are generally elaborated.Then,the application of ylides in C-H bond activation are introduced simply and some examples of the application about the iodonium ylides in C-H bond activation are presented.Finally,the developing situation and problems of the application about the iodonium ylides in C-H bond activation are summarized.
