摘 要:针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)存在的幅值失磁而导致控制系统性能下降的问题,设计了一种结合磁链在线观测的改进滑模速度控制方法。首先,建立了考虑幅值失磁和磁链变化率的PMSM数学模型。其次,设计了一种基于等速趋近律的速度外环滑模控制器。同时,为了提高滑模速度控制器对失磁故障的抗扰性,采用滑模观测器对磁链变化进行了实时在线观测,并同步更新控制器中的参数。最后,通过与PI控制和滑模速度控制进行对比实验,验证了所设计方法不仅能够实时跟踪磁链的变化,而且有效的提高了控制系统在失磁故障下的动静态性能。In order to solve the problem of demagnetization of the control system due to amplitude loss of perma-nent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),an improved sliding mode speed control method combined with online ob-servation of magnetic fluxes is designed.Firstly,a mathematical model of PMSM considering the magnitude loss and flux rate of change is established.Secondly,a velocity outer ring sliding mode controller based on the constant velocity approximation law is designed.At the same time,in order to improve the immunity of the sliding mode speed controller to magnetic loss fault,the sliding mode observer is used to observe the flux change in real-time,and the parameters in the controller are updated synchronously.Finally,by comparing with PI control and sliding mode speed control,it is verified that the designed method can not only track the change of magnetic linkage in real-time,but also effectively improve the dynamic and static performance of the control system under magnetic loss fault.
