摘　　要：目的 研究分析阿立哌唑联合帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症患者阴性症状的疗效及认知功能改善效果.方法 选取我院在2022年2月-2024年2月期间收治的78例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(n=39,采取阿立哌唑联合帕罗西汀治疗)和对照组(n=39,采取阿立哌唑治疗).对比两组的临床疗效.结果 两组治疗前的阴性症状、阳性症状、精神病理、PANSS总分,MCCB量表中连线测验、情绪管理、空间广度、持续操作以及迷宫测验评分比较,均无明显差异(P>0.05),而两组在治疗后,观察组的阴性症状、阳性症状、精神病理、PANSS总分低于对照组,连线测验、情绪管理、空间广度、持续操作评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率87.18%高于对照组的58.97%(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 在精神分裂症患者中,采用阿立哌唑联合帕罗西汀治疗能够有效改善临床症状,提升临床疗效和患者的认知功能,且有着较高的用药安全性.Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with paroxetine in the treatment of negative symptoms and the improvement of cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 78 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into observation group(n=39,treated with aripiprazole combined with paroxetine)and control group(n=39,treated with aripiprazole)according to random drawing method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The negative symptoms,positive symptoms,psychopathology,total score of PANSS,connection test in MCCB scale,emotion management,spatial span,continuous operation and maze test scores of the two groups before treatment were compared,and there were no significant differences in the above scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The negative symptoms,positive symptoms,psychopathology and PANSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of connection test,emotion management,spatial span and continuous operation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 87.18%higher than that of control group 58.97%(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with schizophrenia,aripiprazole combined with paroxetine can effectively improve clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and cognitive function of patients,and has a high drug safety.
