摘  要:目的 分析2016-2023年临川区重点人群碘营养状况调查报告.方法 选择2016-2023年临川区各乡镇共2400名参检者作为研究对象,其中学生1600名,孕妇800名.对所有研究对象进行盐碘及尿碘检测,分析2016-2023年临川区8-10岁儿童、孕妇盐碘及尿碘检测结果.结果 临川区8-10岁儿童中2021年合格碘盐食用率最高,且盐碘水平较高;临川区8-10岁儿童2018年合格碘盐食用率较低,盐碘水平较低;临川区孕妇2021年盐碘检测中合格碘盐食用率及盐碘水平最高,而2017年孕妇碘盐食用合格率及碘盐水平均低于其他年份.不同年龄儿童尿碘水平<100μg/L、200μg/L≤尿碘中位数<300μg/L对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);9岁儿童100μg/L≤尿碘中位数<200μg/L检出率高于8岁及10岁,8岁儿童尿碘水平≥300μg/L检出率高于9岁及10岁,有统计学差异(P<0.05).与孕中期及孕早期相比,孕晚期孕妇碘营养不足发生率较高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同孕周孕妇碘营养适宜、碘营养超过适宜量、碘营养过量发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 2016-2023年临川区重点人群碘营养水平评估中仍存在部分碘缺乏或碘过量,但整体处于适宜水平,要求临床需加强对重点人群碘营养的监测,并予以针对性的干预,以提升重点人群的健康素养.Objective To analyze the survey report on iodine nutritional status of key populations in Linchuan District in 2016-2023.Methods A total of 2400 participants from townships in Linchuan District in 2016-2023 were used as study subjects,including 1600 students and 800 pregnant women.Salt iodine and urinary iodine tests were conducted on all study subjects,and the results of salt iodine and urinary iodine tests on children aged 8-10 years old and pregnant women in Linchuan District were analyzed from 2016 to 2023.Results The highest rate of qualified iodized salt use and higher salt iodine level in 2021 among children aged 8-10 years old in Linchuan District;the lower rate of qualified iodized salt consumption and lower salt iodine level in 2018 among children aged 8-10 years old in Linchuan District;the highest rate of qualified iodized salt consumption and salt iodine level in salt iodine testing among pregnant women in 2021 in Linchuan District,while the qualified rate of iodized salt consumption and the iodized salt level of pregnant women were lower than those of other years in 2017.Comparison of urinary iodine levels<100μg/L and 200μg/L≤median urinary iodine<300μg/L among children of different ages showed no statistical difference(P>0.05);the detection rates of children aged 9 years old with 100μg/L≤median urinary iodine<200μg/L was higher than that of children aged 8 years old and 10 years old,the detection rates of children aged 8 years old with urinary iodine levels≥300μg/L was higher than that of children aged 9 years old and 10 years old,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the mid-pregnancy and early pregnancy,the incidence of iodine undernutrition in pregnant women in late pregnancy was higher,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the comparison of the incidence of iodine nutritional appropriateness,iodine nutritional exceedance of the appropriate amount,iodine nutritional excess in pregnant women of different gestational weeks(P>0.05).Co
