新医科背景下皮肤性病学教学改革路径探讨

摘　　要："新医科"是对传统医学教育、医疗服务和医学科研进行全面改革和创新的趋势.皮肤性病学课程存在的问题包括传统教学模式的单一性、教学内容难以理解、实验技术更新快、学生缺乏独立思考和创新能力、缺乏激发学习热情的机制以及单一的考核评价方式.针对这些问题,基于OBE理念的皮肤性病学教学体系改革提出了注重日常积累、应用多种教学手段、培训教师技能以及重视医教结合等措施.在新医科的指导下,OBE理念的引入为课程改革提供了有力的指导和支撑,推动了医学教育的不断创新与发展."New medicine"is a trend of comprehensive reform and innovation in traditional medical education,medical services,and medical research.The problems in dermatology and venereology courses include the singularity of traditional teaching models,difficulty in understanding teaching content,fast updating of experimental techniques,lack of independent thinking and innovation ability of students,lack of mechanisms to stimulate learning enthusiasm,and a single assessment and evaluation method.In response to these issues,the reform of the dermatology and venereology teaching system based on the OBE concept has proposed measures such as emphasizing daily accumulation,applying various teaching methods,training teachers'skills,and attaching importance to the combination of medicine and education.Under the guidance of New Medicine,the introduction of OBE concept has provided strong guidance and support for curriculum reform,promoting the continuous innovation and development of medical education.
