摘　　要：面部注射美容作为整形美容外科的重要项目之一,目前缺乏国家规定的规范操作培训。北京协和医院整形外科与北京协和医学院解剖学系合作,将面部精细结构解剖引入注射美容操作培训。在培训中,特别关注面部脂肪垫与肌肉层次,以及神经血管分布,从而加强对注射技术的理解,提高操作有效性和安全性,以及减少术后并发症,并最终提升患者满意度。另外,通过该形式的培训,年轻医师能够在提高临床参与度的同时拓展科研道路。The facial cosmetic injection is one of the important projects in plastic surgery,but there is no standardized operation training in China.Therefore,the Department of Plastic Surgery of Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the Department of Anatomy of Peking Union Medical College cooperate to introduce facial anatomy into the training of cosmetic injections.The facial fat pad and muscle layer as well as the neurovascular distribution are emphasized to strengthen comprehension in injection technique,improve operation safety,reduce postoperative complications,and ultimately improve patient satisfaction.In addition,through this form of training,young physicians can improve their clinical participation and expand their scientific research path.
