摘  要:氨制冷压缩机和合成气压缩机(ECT)机组的运行稳定性直接影响合成氨装置的运行效果和产品质量。介绍了ECT机组控制系统的特点及功能,通过该控制系统优化拟合喘振线,在开工阶段有效实现了压缩机的防喘振控制;经过比对该控制系统优化后的氨制冷压缩机和合成气压缩机平稳生产日均值产量和能耗数据,结果表明:该系统减少了不必要的能耗,提升了自动化操作水平,具有稳定性和可靠性。The operation stability of ammonia refrigeration compressor and synthetic gas compressor(ECT)directly affects the operation effect and product quality of synthetic ammonia plant.The characteristics and functions of ECT unit control system are introduced.The anti-surge control of compressor is realized effectively in the start-up stage by fitting the surge line in the control system.By comparing the data of average daily output and energy consumption of ammonia refrigeration compressor and syngas compressor optimized by the control system,the results show that the system reduces unnecessary energy consumption,improves the level of automatic operation,and has stability and reliability.
