摘 要:随着公立医院改革发展的不断深入,为激活公立医院高质量发展新动力,公立医院在人力资源配置上日益多元化,如采用劳务派遣的方式转换用人机制、提高运营效率,但伴随劳动用工体系变革而来的风险也不容忽视。文章针对当前公立医院劳务派遣用工的现状展开深入分析,探究劳务派遣用工制度下可能产生的风险,并提出相应的防范策略,以期为公立医院人力资源管理提供参考。As the reform and development of public hospitals continue to deepen,in order to activate high-quality growth,public hospitals are increasingly diversifying their human resource allocation.This includes adopting labor dispatch as a method to transform employment mechanisms and enhance operational efficiency.However,the risks associated with the transformation of the labor employment system cannot be overlooked.This paper conducts a thorough analysis of the status quo of labor dispatch in public hospitals,explores potential risks for the labor dispatch system,and proposes corresponding prevention strategies,so as to provide reference for human resource management in public hospitals.
