摘 要:广东省清远市洲心大桥的主桥为(100+218+100)m单索面塔梁固结支承体系混合梁斜拉桥,主梁标准宽度43 m,每个桥塔设置12对索锚固。桥塔斜拉索竖向间距为2 m,梁上斜拉索锚固纵向标准间距为8 m,主桥钢箱采用扁平钢箱梁,梁高4 m。该梁上锚固采用钢锚箱结构形式,是斜拉桥的重要传力构件,其结构和受力复杂,承受的集中荷载大,局部应力集中效应明显,采用空间有限元计算结果全面地反映钢箱梁的受力特点及应力分布情况,并同时根据计算反馈结果对结构进行优化设计,可为类似工程提供相关借鉴。The main bridge of Zhouxin Bridge in Qingyuan City of Guangdong Province is a(100+218+100)m-span single-plane pylon-beam consolidated supporting system composite girder cable-stayed bridge.The standard width of the main beam is 43 meters,and each bridge pylon is equipped with 12 pairs of cables for anchoring.The vertical spacing of the pylon stayed cables is 2 m,and the vertical standard spacing of the stayed cable anchorage on the beam is 8m.The steel box of the main bridge is a flat steel box beam with a height of 4m.The anchorage on this beam is the structural form of steel anchor box,which is an important force transmission component of the cable-stayed bridge.Its structure and stress are complex,and the borne concentrated load is large and the concentrated effect of local stress is obvious.The spatial finite element calculation results are used to comprehensively reflect the stress characteristics and stress distribution of the steel box beam,and the structure is optimized and designed according to the calculation feedback results,which can provide relevant reference for similar projects.
