胶合板用无机阻燃剂复合无醛大豆胶的增强改性研究

摘  要:以氢氧化铝(Al(OH)_(3))、蒙脱土(Al_(2)O_(9)Si_(3))、聚磷酸铵(APP)、硼酸锌(ZB)为原料,优选出氢氧化铝/蒙脱土-聚磷酸铵-硼酸锌(Al-P-B)三系无机阻燃剂与无醛大豆胶复配,并加入血粉(BP)、KH560硅烷偶联剂进行增强改性,探索制备出胶合强度高、阻燃性能好的胶合板。采用单因素试验探究主要成分对阻燃胶合板性能的影响,采用锥形量热分析技术测试其成品的阻燃、抑烟性能。结果证明,无醛大豆胶:Al(OH)_(3):APP:ZB:BP:KH560=100:20:5:5:2:1.5(质量比)时,其综合性能最好,相较未改性的胶合板,热释放速率峰值(pHRR)、总热释放量(THR)分别下降38.8%和28.9%,其烟气释放速率峰值(pSPR)降低29.4%。当涂胶量提升至240 g/m^(3)时,胶合板的pHRR降低约33.5%。Aluminium hydroxide(Al(OH)_(3)),montmorillonite(Al_(2)O_(9)Si_(3)),ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and zinc borate(ZB)were used as raw materials,and the'Aluminium hydroxide/montmorillonite-ammonium polyphosphate-zinc borate'(Al-P-B)three-system inorganic flame retardant was preferably blended with formaldehyde-free soyabean adhesive.The blood meal and KH560 silane coupling agent for enhancement and modification were added,to explore the preparation of plywood with high gluing strength and good flame retardant properties.A one-factor test was used to explore the influence of the main components on the performance of the flame retardant plywood,and the cone calorimetric analysis technique was used to test the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of the finished products.The results proved that:soybean adhesive:Al(OH)_(3):APP:ZB:BP:KH560=100:20:5:5:2:1.5(mass ratio)has the best overall performance,and compared with the unmodified plywood wood,the peak heat release rate(pHRR)and the total heat release(THR)were decreased by 38.8%and 28.9%,respectively,and the peak smoke release rate(pSPR)was decreased by 29.4%.The pHRR of the plywood was reduced by about 33.5%when the adhesive application rate was raised to 240 g/m^(3).
