摘　　要：从生产许可证实施细则起草者的角度和行业的角度对人造板产品生产许可证实施细则进行解读,对细则起草,特别是细则公布以后对全国各级许可证管理部门、检测机构、企业以及各方面咨询的问题进行梳理,按照细则的章节顺序给予解读。This paper provides an in-depth interpretation of the implementation rules for the production license of wood-based panels from the perspective of the drafting team and industry stakeholders.It systematically addresses questions raised by license management departments,testing institutions,enterprises,and other stakeholders nationwide,following the structure of the regulation chapters.
