摘 要:列车运行计划是铁路部门依据实际运营需求对现有列车进行排班布局的预设开行计划,是铁路部门组织列车于何时何地正常运转的凭据。研究对列车运行计划调整优化的必要性、影响因素及应用情景进行阐述,并基于2种运营情景(正常运营状况及突发事件状况)下的模型构建过程,对涉及的目标函数、约束条件及算法设计,开展国内外研究现状综述,罗列典型的约束条件设定形式,并对部分研究成果进行对比分析。最后,针对优化目标、约束条件、求解算法等方面的不足之处深入分析,提出应综合考虑多主体协同优化的目标函数、深化复合路网研究情景、融合模糊因素于约束条件中,并智能化拓展求解算法,以期为旅客列车开行计划的调整与运输组织优化提供一定的学术参考。The train operation plan is a preset operation plan for the railway department to arrange the existing trains according to the actual operation needs.It is the basis for the railway department to organize the normal operation of trains at a suitable time and place.This study elaborated on the necessity,influencing factors,and application scenarios for adjusting and optimizing train operation plans.The study constructed models under two operational scenarios(normal operations and emergency situations)and reviewed Chinese and international research on objective functions,constraints,and algorithm design.It also listed typical constraint settings and conducted a comparative analysis of some research results.Finally,the study deeply analyzed shortcomings in optimization objectives,constraints,and solution algorithms and proposed to comprehensively consider multi-agent collaborative optimization objectives,enhance research scenarios in complex networks,integrate fuzzy factors into constraints,and expand solution algorithms in an intelligent manner,so as to provide academic reference for the adjustment of passenger train operation plans and optimization of transportation organization.
