信息偶遇到创新的信息价值实现机制研究

摘　　要：明晰信息偶遇到创新的信息价值实现机制,对于实现偶遇信息价值向创新转化、培养创新型人才的信息素养具有指导意义。搜集历史上做出重要创新贡献的人物事件资料,采用关键事件技术建立创新事件的故事线,然后采用扎根理论方法进行资料编码和分析。构建信息偶遇到创新的偶遇信息价值实现的机制模型,显示从信息偶遇到创新成果形成共经历了信息偶遇、信息检验、与潜在信息需求之间建立信息关联、信息分析评估、信息追踪、信息利用和创新成果等环节,各环节之间紧密相连,且存在递进的影响关系。Clarifying the realization mechanism of information value from information encountering to innovation is of guiding significance for realizing the transformation of information value from encountering to innovation and cultivating the information literacy of innovative talents.Collect data of people and events that have made important innovative contributions in history,use critical event technology to establish the story line of innovative events,and then use grounded theory method to code and analyze the data.The mechanism model of information value realization from information encountering to innovation was constructed,which shows that from information encountering to innovation achievement,information encountering,information inspection,information correlation with potential information demand,information analysis and evaluation,information tracking,information utilization and innovation achievement were all involved.Each link was closely connected and there is a progressive influence relationship.
