摘 要:利用济阳国家基本气象站1550 nm米散射激光雷达观测数据,对反演气溶胶消光系数过程中k值的确定方法进行了初步研究.基于雷达原始信噪比信号,利用Klett法反演得到气溶胶消光系数,训练建立气溶胶消光系数神经网络预测模型.使用模型得到当前时刻气溶胶消光系数预测值,反推计算k值.使用得到的k值反演气溶胶消光系数,并与使用能见度数据计算的气溶胶消光系数对比分析,相关系数达到0.920,气溶胶消光系数反演效果得到明显提升.Using observational data from the 1550 nm elastic-scattering lidar at the Jiyang National Basic Meteorological Station,the method for determining the k value in the inversion process of aerosol extinction coefficients was preliminary studied.Based on the original signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of the lidar,the Klett method was applied to invert the aerosol extinction coefficient,and a neural network prediction model for the extinction coefficient was trained and developed.The model was used to predict the aerosol extinction coefficient at the current time,and the k value was subsequently calculated in reverse.This k value was then used to invert the aerosol extinction coefficient,which was compared with the extinction coefficient derived from visibility data,yielding a correlation coefficient of 0.920.The accuracy of aerosol extinction coefficient inversion was significantly improved.
